Brief Answer: No. Detailed Answer: Hi, I have read your query. One thing you should clearly know that, the routine urine drug test does not test for tramadol, so will not be identified on dot random. Although the tramadol has some activity at the opiate receptor, it is chemically distinct, so is not detected by the opiate assay on the routine test. There is a urine test for tramadol that can be done if there is clinical suspicion or another reason to test for tramadol, but it is not routinely used for the DOT drug tests.
