I just uploaded a report
Brief Answer:
Get some laboratory tests
Detailed Answer:
I have gone through your photograph.
The nails seem to be little pale.
I would recommend you to get your liver function tests, thyroid function tests, haemoglobin and kidney function tests to rule out the causes of nail discoloration.

Im 31 drank alot and am worries this is a death sentence
Brief Answer:
Doesn’t seem to be something very serious
Detailed Answer:
This doesn’t seem to be something very serious.
It can be due to some minor ailments like anemia, eczema, psoriasis and something occurs without a cause.
Still to be on a safer side I would recommend you to get the tests done to exclude any internal causes.
