First of all, I want to point one thing. Medicine is not Mathematics to get a constant answers.
HIV transmission through blood transfusion follwed by deep needle prick from an infected person will manifest earlier than sexual transmission. Earliest time for HIV infection to become AIDS could be 3-5 years in these transmissions. Sexual transmission it will take 7-10 years or more to manifest as AIDS.
Moreover it woud also depend upon various factors like the viral load of the source individual, various host factors (presence of STD, Immunity, succeptibility etc.). Each individual will react to the infection differently. We had come across people without any treatment (ART), remain asymptomatic more than 14 years.

An individual with HIV infection can manifest as full blown AIDS patient in the absence any treatment, 5 years after the infection at the earliest.
An individual positive for HIV, withappropriate ART treatment can live as long as any other normal man without HIV (More than 30 years) if he/she follows strictly the guidlines given by the treating physician.

If he/she started treatment in the early stages of AIDS when the CD4 count above 350 cells/cubic mm the individual can live not less than 30 years if he/she follows the guidlines of the treating physician. If treatment started late after CD4 cells less than 250, then the prognosis could be unpredictable. If started late (less than 100cells) the patient can live with ART 5-10 years.
If there is no treatment at all the individual succumb to death within 2-3 years after the development of AIDS.

Can somebody develop from hiv to aids after 6 months of exposure of hiv like sex...Or it take years to become aids ?

HIV can not survive in dried blood. There is no risk for HIV by scratching. Care takers of HIV positive individuals in their own family or home or hospitals could come across many such situations. But nobody had been reported to turn HIV positive through this means so far.

There must be exchange of body fluids for the transmission of HIV. Moreover HIV infection had not been reported through scratching to my knowledge.
As per CDC, XXXXXXX other than blood transfusion, needle stick injury, anal, Vaginal sex and oral sex rest of the activities carry negligible risk of HIV transmission.
