Hello,
Thanks for the question.
Though you have mentioned about not covered by insurance, this surely needs immediate medical attention.
Your symptoms indicate heart angina, which means early stage of heart attack.
Avoid all kind of physical activity and try to reduce your stress.Be in lying down position as much as possible.Get some family member or friend to help go to ER.
This surely needs professional help sooner.
Hope this answers your question.Regards.

This occurred last week & I have been under a tremendous amount of XXXXXXX Family XXXXXXX stress for a year now( daily) I have 2 weeks left of probationary period as a MA which I went to school for along time! I am taking 81mg baby aspirin Do you thing my be stress related? My Dad has had 2 heart surgeries I'm really scared
In view details this does look like stress related.Family history of heart issue, does increases one's chances of getting similar complains.
One can get recurrent episodes with asymptomatic in between phases. From the symptoms it is very likely that you had a episode of angina last week.
As advised earlier, you need a good care immediately.
A aspirin is helpful in long term but current symptoms would need more aggressive treatment .

What is XXXXXXX episode" considered mild a heart attack or a warning sign of a heart problem? Am I @ serious risk? I have to go.back to court & confront family member Thursday , which Is XXXXXXX My Stress anxiety & cause of depression! These 2 XXXXXXX episodes were a direct result of emotionally painful verbal confrontation & I know this will be extremely difficult for me & as each day gies by I am more overwhelmed & emotional & stressed ! I have a appointment with my primary care Dr. Tues @ 4:30 should I be ok till then??
By 'episode' I meant period during which you had symptoms. In medical terms it is called as episode of angina.
You surely are at risk.I would recommend a ER visit without any delay. An evaluation with EKG should be undertaken without any delay.
