Question : Hello SIR, I am XXXXXXX. My problem is I am suffering from IBS since last 7 yesars with constipition.I have taken aelopathy,auyurvedic & naturrepathy medicine but the result is not satisfactory at all.Now I am taking auyurvedic medicine since last one year. I am aregular mornning walker &water drinker.Occasionally I eat non veg.I never felt heartburn but occasionally abdominal pain.Can Amway product solve my chronic problem ?
2)I am also suffering hypertention since last 14 years & taking tab.every mornnig.

Hi,

Amway has a wide range of products. Kindly list the names of Amway medicines you are planning to take, so that I am better able to help.

For IBS and hypertension, lifestyle measures must be undertaken. I will suggest that you take cleaner drinking water from RO system and hygienic food. Also enough fruits and salad must be taken. Salt should be minimal in diet. Regular exercise atleast for 30 min a day. Breathing exercises like pranayam, etc will help reduce anxieties.
