Would A CT Scan Be Able To Predict An Impending Stroke Or Brain Aneurysm?

Question: Would a CT scan be able to predict an impending stroke or brain aneurysm? I had a CT a couple weeks ago and everything was fine but I keep having these weird sensations in my head. Pain and pressure on my temples, dizziness, and now a slightly cold feeling like water was dripped onto my head near my left temple. Is there a home test for determining if my symptoms could be indicating something serious? Thankk you.

Brief Answer:
Nothing serious.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
A CT scan can detect calcification of the vessel walls and atherosclerotic changes or any dilatation of the vessels. It cannot completely rule out an impending stroke or aneurysm.
The weird sensations that you are having are more likely to be related to anxiety. There are no home tests that can detect that something serious is going on. A change in memory, judgment, reflexes, speech, balance, coordination, and sleep patterns are suggestive of a problem that needs a medical attention.
Please check the following list of signs and symptoms and make sure that you do not have them.
1. Changes in behavior or unusual behavior
2. Changes in speech (slurred, difficult to understand, does not make sense)
3. Confusion
4. Difficulty waking up or becoming more sleepy
5. Double vision or blurred vision
6. Fever
7. Fluid or blood leaking from the nose or ears
8. Headache that is getting worse, lasts a long time, or does not get better with over-the-counter pain relievers
9. Problems walking or talking
10. Seizures
11. Vomiting more than three times
The cold feeling like water dripping onto the head near the left temple is not worrisome. Avoid alcohol and caffeine and do relaxation exercises.
I hope this answers your query.
