I had a limitation of no climbing 13 years ago unfortunately I went through a divorce and had to relocate my dogs and my children I now live in a two-story house and I’ve had to learn over the years to carefully navigate stairs. It’s still causes discomfort but the discomfort is stable meaning the stairs have not made it worse . Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have gone through your query and understand your health concerns ,
Climbing the stairs is not same as climbing the ladder as it needs more stability and balance. It depends on your range of mobility whether you will be able to climb the ladder or not. If done slow;y and gradually it is not likely to aggravate the discomfort.
Your custom orthotic boot and a walking stick should be sufficient to help you climb.
I hope this answers your query.
