Brief Answer:
follow the advises... observe how you stay after this...

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I've gone through your query and understand your concerns,

Well, it seemed like you've taken good care of it till now, and it should resolve with this in a few days...

Just continue applying the Betadine ointment twice to thrice daily (no need to apply anything else now)...Make sure not to touch the area with bare hands...keep the area dry, and avoid direct sunlight exposure...

If despite following this, there's no significant improvement or any redness/swelling/repeated pus formation over the area, then you need to get it checked up by a Doctor nearby (preferably a Dermatologist), as there may be a need to initiate systemic antibiotic treatment course...

In future, if at all any further recurrence of such boils on the nose, please be advised to get it checked up by a doctor first, do ensure to keep your blood sugar levels checked also, if not checked routinely (unsupervised lancing is not advisable in such scenario, as the nasal areas are tricky places, and some of them are directly connected to the brain, so chance of infection spreading to the brain is also quite higher)...

As of now, just follow the advice and observe how you stay after this...
Let me know if there're any further doubts/queries...

Take Care
Kind Regards
