Question: Mam my wife has taken susten vt200 which is ask to use vaginal use but she has swallowed it by mistake she is 4 weeks pregnant is there any side effect to the baby

But in prescribing information were there is warning and precautions that it is vaginal use only but it was great relief that it will not effect my wife and baby

Ya it is only for vaginal use because if taken orally then it won't be effective if taken orally and will be destroyed by gastric juices.
Thats why I want her to put another tablet in her vagina.
