Would Bearable Pain And Mild Swelling In Both Breasts Be Alleviated By Taking Primosa?

Question: Hi...i got bearable pain in my both breasts,i got done done ultrasound which is normal but my doc presribed me primosa as it was mild swelling.m really worried...will it go by own n when?
