Question: doctor
last year i got fissures and healed in 1 week. this year also i got same. on that day i taken only fruits i.e XXXXXXX and sapota i.e Chiu and lot of water. unfortunately round stool like ball passed with difficulty which lead to fissure.
1 my query is that whether due to sapota gum stool became like that. from that day i stopped to take XXXXXXX and sapota.
2 what is to be done immediately if I such hard or heavy stool in XXXXXXX because that situation only will lead to fissures
3 I'm getting doubt whether my XXXXXXX was tightened due to fissure. whether it will come to normal stage after fissure is healed. if it tightened is it required to have anal dilation
