Question: Doctor,

I recently got Blood Tests (regular checkup) done. Please find attached the reports.
Do you recommend any medication based the results?

In general, I feel some fatigue and a bit of lethargy in my day-to-day work. Could that be linked?

Please advise?

Brief Answer:
Vitamin D and calcium supplements

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the query.

I have gone through the reports. You are having severe vitamin D deficiency and mild calcium deficiency. Yes, you can have fatigue and lethargy due to this deficiency. I would suggest you take Tab. Shelcal 500 mg once daily for 1 month. Dvion 60,000 IU sachets weekly once for 12 weeks. Mix it with water.

I hope this answered your query.

With regards,
