Would It Be Advisable To Continue Have Sex And Avoiding Causing The Anal Fistula Again?

Question: Hello, I had an anal fistula removed that ran pretty deep into my rectal tract. It was in between the muscles of the sphincter. I believe it happe ed do to sexual activity like anal sex. I am fully recovered now. Would it be advisable to continue have that sort of sex and avoiding causing the issue again? I had my surgery in September of 2020.
Brief Answer:
Avoid for minimum 5-6 months more.
Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
Have seen your details,
As fistula was located deep inside to be on safer side its advisable to avoid anal sexual activities minimum for 6months...Use laxative to keep stools soft so that the tissue could get time to repair itself back to almost normal.
Unless and until irresistible anal sex is not advised for 5-6months.
Fissure,Fistula etc have high rate of recurrence.
Thank you!

What exactly would cause it to tear again? The friction?
Brief Answer:
Follow up.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for query,
Anal canal is engorged when penis is inserted into it which would cause the healing tissue to tear again...So let the region heal and then try it.
If totally irresistible then use hell lots of water based lube and slow thumping.
Thanks!
Follow up.
