Brief Answer:
Hello ,

Detailed Answer:
I happy to announce to you that there is no abnormalities detected in your holter report. Even the premature beats burden throughout the test recording was just 2.5 % which is insignificant.

There is no evidence of any arrhythmias or any significant pause.

However I haven’t found the echocardiogram and thyroid profile reports.

Regards.

I just got the echo done yesterday and I am waiting for the report to be released. I see my doctor on the 10th and will discuss a thyroid test. I will post when they are available.

I am concerned about this line in the holter:
Rare supraventricular ectopic beats were seen in singles, couplets, and atrial runs up to 6 beats in length.

This is new information that I didn't know, and hope that you can explain further what it means, especially about the "RUNS UP TO 6 BEATS IN LENGTH" part of it?

Brief Answer:
Hello again

Detailed Answer:
Sir, these are common incidental findings even in healthy individuals which don’t need any medical attention. As these ectopic are very less so there is no need to be concerned for.

Also as there is no other medical condition in your case so these findings are even more insignificant.

However I would like to conclude things after reviewing your echo report.

Brief Answer:
Thanks for following up

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir, I have reviewed the echocardiogram report attached. There is no abnormal findings in your echo report.

So basically these ectopics aren’t anything to be concerned for. However if you keep paying attention they can bother you. If that’s the case I simply suggest you to carry on with the medication advised to you previously by ER, as that will keep a check on these premature beats.

Also keep your self active throughout the day. When your mind is occupied you probably won’t notice these beats.

Hope to have been helpful.

It is comforting to get this information, thank you. I have only one more question to ask. In your experience do you also have people with these beast get chest discomfort with them? It's a dull and sometimes quick sharp pain that flares up when the beats are going crazy.

Yes, it does happen with many patients. Some complain of chest heaviness while others complain of sinking sensation.

Perception and presentation varies from patient to patient.
