Would Like To Have An Explanation Or Analysis Of MRI Report Attached
Question: Hi the patient is was diagnosed with cancer in November 2021. Patient did a MRI last week as well as previous investigations which have been uploaded. Would like to have an explanation or analysis to know if the treatment so far is working and progress is being made. Also going forward what possible treatment or advice can be given

Thanks for query and uploading all relevant reports .The patient has a localized cancer of colon and has no local or distant metastasis and is well planneed treated with appropriate Chemotherapeutic medication .
The Adenocarcinomas are very unprecictable as far as their further progress is concerned and may recur or metastatize to lymph nodes or distatnt organs like lung ,liver and kidneysetc.
The patienyt has to be under observation and regular follow up of the treating Oncologist.

In view of the complicity of the chemotherapeutic drugs and their side effects it is always advisable to be under supervision of a qualified Medical Oncologist .
There is no role for Radiation in treatment of Adenocarcinoma of bowel.
