Would Like To Know What Improvements I Can Make Based On My Health Checkup Report?
You need to improve your blood sugar levels
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,
In this report, the blood sugar level is 200 and HbA1C is 7.3%. Sugar is present in urine and ketones in urine are normal. This needs to be improved. If blood sugar levels are greater than 180, they will excrete in urine and also affect kidneys in long term. You also have candida infection which could be due to uncontrolled blood sugar. Globulin levels could be raised to combat any infection. IgG parameters are associated with globulin.
You have mentioned that you are taking Glyptagreat 500 Mg (morning and night) and Oxra 10 Mg Morning. But these dont seem to be controlling the sugar levels well. Why is metformin not part of your regimen?
My recommendations:
- You need to have strict dietary control and regular exercise. Cut out the white sugar and other sugary foods. You can get a personalised diet plan from our dieticians
- Add or replace with another anti-diabetic drug after consulting with your doctor
- Add foods like amla and jamun in your diet. Amla can effectively lower blood sugar levels. Its ayurvedic preparations like Nishamalakki are also available from brands like srisritattva.
- Drink cleaner water
- Miconazole cream can be locally applied for candida infection once a day for 3 days to reduce it. It may not go away completely
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks a lot for your reply.
Regarding My Diabetic condetion
Gliptagreat = Metformin (500mg) + Vildagliptin (50mg) so i am not taking any metformin extra.
Yes, i have an infecion in the head of my Private part from past 6 to 8 months,
I wash it daily with Ketokem Soap, in case if i miss washing it by this soap the infection reappears in 2 to 3 days and i need to use Mycoclin B Cream to reduce the itching and skin cut
this may be due t oxra so the doctor suggested to reduce oxra 10 mg to 5mg and increase the Metformin from 500Mg to 850MG ( gliptagreat 850 Mg ).
They also suggested to take Glizid 80 Tablet in Night if the sugar is not getting controlled from above medicen but i didnt take it as i was worried .
Any suggestions of my medication intake for blood sugar and How can i completely get away from the fungus skin infection
Fungus is not an infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Fungus is not an infection. It is an overgrowth of organisms that are already present on skin as normal flora. SAince they are getting more of food in the form of blood sugar levels, they are growing more than normal. Once you are able to control blood sugar levels, the overgrowth will control by itself. Drinking cleaner water will also help control the overgrowth.
I think Metformin should be tried with a forth anti-diabetic medicine maybe Glizid which is a sulphonylurea.
Do add amla to your diet.

Mam, in the Health Report i have recived the Below Test as Abnormal.

Please Guide and Help me
Below is the List
#####Heart (Cardiac) Blood Tests
Triglycerides :165 mg/dL
Desirable: <150 mg/dL
#####Liver
Total protein: 8.75 g/dL
Reference Range: 6.2 - 8.3 g/dL
Globulin (Calculated) 4.52 g/dL (calc)
Reference Range: 2.1 - 3.7 g/dL (calc)
Albumin/Globulin Ratio : 0.94 (calc)
Reference Range: 1 - 2.1 (calc)
#####Kidney Tests
pH :9.116
Reference Range: 5 - 8
##### General
Vitamin D : 24 ng/mL
Reference Range: 30 - 100 ng/mL
MCHC : 31.6 g/dL
Reference Range: 32 - 36 g/dL
ERYTHROCYTE SEDIMENTATION RATE : 12 mm/hr
Reference Range: 1 - 10 mm/hr
###### Pancreas (Diabetic) Blood Tests ( --- Have already recived suggestions )
Glucose : 200 mg/dL
Reference Range: 70 - 110 mg/dL
HbA1c :7.3 % of total Hgb
Reference Range: <5.7 % of total Hgb
Described below
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I already described the worrisome parameters of blood sugar
Anyways I am describing the details below:
Heart (Cardiac) Blood Tests
Triglycerides :165 mg/dL
Desirable: <150 mg/dL
Not worrisome. Nohting needed at the moment. Maybe restrict some fatty foods like icecream, sweets
#####Liver
Total protein: 8.75 g/dL
Reference Range: 6.2 - 8.3 g/dL
Globulin (Calculated) 4.52 g/dL (calc)
Reference Range: 2.1 - 3.7 g/dL (calc)
Albumin/Globulin Ratio : 0.94 (calc)
Reference Range: 1 - 2.1 (calc)
Total proten levels are raised due to higher globulin levels. Globulin levels are most likely raised due to fungal infection. If you get IgG panel done, it may show the type of IgG raise and accordingly the reason can be figured.
#####Kidney Tests
pH :9.116
Reference Range: 5 - 8
Not worrisome
##### General
Vitamin D : 24 ng/mL
Reference Range: 30 - 100 ng/mL
Little low. May take supplement like Uprise d3 1k once a week for 3-4 weeks.
MCHC : 31.6 g/dL
Reference Range: 32 - 36 g/dL
Not worrisome
ERYTHROCYTE SEDIMENTATION RATE : 12 mm/hr
Reference Range: 1 - 10 mm/hr
Sign of an inflammation or infection
###### Pancreas (Diabetic) Blood Tests ( --- Have already recived suggestions )
Glucose : 200 mg/dL
Reference Range: 70 - 110 mg/dL
This parameter should be lower than 180 to avoid the excretion of sugar in urine
HbA1c :7.3 % of total Hgb
Reference Range: <5.7 % of total Hgb
This shows three month control of blood sugar levels and lowering the blood sugar levels will lower this value also
