Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Dear,

I am glad to confirm that there is no sign of pulmonary embolism!

The benign cyst could be related to the chest pain that you are feeling.

Although it is interpreted as benign, the fact that it is growing compared to 2017 CT scan, it could be a benign lipoma.

Although I think that your symptoms are related to costochondritis, I would recommend follow up with a lung CT scan after 1-2 years and if it shows increased dimensions surgery or biopsy would be recommended.

Hope you will find this information helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
