There is mild interaction
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am a Clinical Pharmacologist and I will try to help you as best as I can.
I have reviewed your query and I will like to re-assure you that single dose does not lead to bad interaction.
Now coming to the detail:
Aspirin interacts with both Naproxen and Metoprolol.
Naproxen can lower the cardioprotective effect of aspirin. Interaction between Aspirin and Naproxen is evident atleast after 10 days of continuous use of both medicines at almost same time. It should not affect your case clinically.
Aspirin can also interact with Metoprolol. It can lower the anti-hypertensive effect of metoprolol. It also happens after prolonged use. A combination of aspirin and metoprolol has been in use for long time. How this interaction affects a patient clinically is not certain. Therefore I don't find any reason to take this interaction seriously.
Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
