Thank you for the reply this all new to me.Ihave no glucose meter to check that do I need one? As far as my weight I'm at 5'11" At the prestine time I'm at 224ibs a month ago 234lbs I'm not on diealies at this time Thanks again Happy Holidays to you and family!!!!!

If renal function is altered there are not many oral antidiabetics alternative, insulin is the best option.
