Ayruveda treatment rely on treating the cause. There is no Ayurveda drug to control frequent urination which is a symptoms. f your bladder is loaded then you should void it. It is physiology. But if there is a pathology, then we need to find the pathology.
Frequent urination may be due to urinary tract infection or current medication. It is good that you don't have diabetes, as diabetes is a cause. In some cases overactive bladder may induce frequent urination. Kindly rule out with the help of your physician.
I shall try and check for the cause if you kindly give me the details
Whether your problem disturb you during sleep?
Is it really disturbing your work schedule?
9 to 10 times of urination per day is normal, if you take frequent intake of water.

I take about 4-5 cups of liquid a day. My urologist said I have overactive bladder. I don't urinate at night and I urinate 8-9 times a day. Also incontinence. Yes it disturbs my daily activities. I also do not have a urinary tract infection. Thanks.
