Wouldn’t Vaginal Fluid Come From Inside The Vagina ?
Question: I went for a massage both of us were naked
She was massaging me and then she went to climb on top
My penis touched her pubic hair and labia ( no penetration)
I told her to get off. She said she was clean and doesn’t do any risky business as she was just positioning herself to massage me better .
I reached and felt my penis it was wet. I assume pre cum again keep i mind no penetration this lasted less than 5 seconds
Because I’m paranoid if it was vaginal fluid

And also if it was vaginal fluid wouldn’t the virus die since it was exposed to air

If she had been infected with HIV, then there is likely chance that her vaginal fluid was infectious. At the same time, if she is on ART and if her viral load is undetectable, then also she would no longer remain infectious.
HIV cannot die as it is exposed to air, but cannot survive more than few seconds outside the body fluids. When the body fluids got dried and the cells in the fluid no longer alive, HIV also could not exist.
Vaginal penetration has a high risk for HIV whereas just a contact with the infected material carries negligible risk for HIV.
