Brief Answer:
DENTAL IMPLANTATION PAIN

Detailed Answer:
Hi...
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

When did you start teeth implantation treatment?

As per my opinion, you are having post implantation pain or discomfort which is quite common (even in successful implantation) for five to seven days (though it takes three and six months for complete healing).
Dental implant pain originates from local pressure, trauma to nearby tissues, blood vessels and nerves, infection or overloading the implant.

It can be managed by NSAID pain killers like Paracetamol and Acetaminophen.
Rinse your mouth with warm saline water.
Have soft diet.
Avoid hot and cold foods.

If it doesn't improve ,see your dental specialist.

This throbbing pain might radiate to jaw and ear due to a shared nerve supply.
It has no link with your impending menstruation.

Hope that I have answered your query.

Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards.
