Question: Yesterday I couldn't move my left leg much. It was so painful! From my knee to my hip. I thought maybe I had a pinched nerve. Today it is fine! Sore to the touch, but I can move it no problem. I have had a DVT in that leg in the past.

Brief Answer:
Most likely pinched nerve

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting us with your health question

The symptoms you experienced could likely be a pinched nerve. This can occur mostly in cases where you slept in some awkward position.

Since the symptoms resolved in a day, not to be worried about.

The soreness you are experiencing will also subside in a day. However, if pain worsens or you develop any swelling/redness in the affected leg, then follow up with your primary provider/urgent care to rule out any underlying causes like DVT.

Hope this answers your question.
