Yesterday I Found A Swollen Tender "node" (or Something) In

Lymph node or a boil as described.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history and understood the concerns.
The commonest causes I can think about are as follows:
Enlarged lymph node: Usually the skin is free meaning you can move skin over it. It is situated deep within and not freely XXXXXXX There may be some injury in the lymphatic drainage area of armpit.
Infected dermal cyst or boil: This is adherent with the skin and hence moves with skin.
skin over it can be red and tender, warm.
Please check for yourself and see which condition is near the description.
You may please take an anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen if it suits you.
Antibiotic may be necessary, needs a prescription.
I hope this answers your query.
Please give feedback and feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
With Regards.
