Yesterday I Found That My 2.5 Year Old Son Penis
Question: Yesterday I found that my 2.5 year old son penis is bit swollen and red..
I thought its insect bite n let it be
But today while checking it's Condition I found a grain(smaller then a grain)like bump inside of his penis and then a little amount of blood also came out from the foreskin.
I went to pediatrician he said it's balantis but I am not sure and he doesn't pay any attention to the bump.
Please tell me what is it?
Is it something concerning?

Based on the facts that you have posted your son seems to have developed infection of glans penis and foreskin likely to be associated with Phimosis with collection of smegma underneath Foreskin .
Consult qualified Urologist or your family Physician for clinical examination he would retract the foreskin and clean up the smegma collected beneath the foreskin and will advise regarding further treatment .
You will need to wash his genital with warm water clean out the smegma and retract his foreskin over glans penis every day while giving him bath so that the same issue would not recur again .
He will need to be given antibiotic like Norfloxacin twice daily for a week .

The smegma can be visualized only after retracting Foreskin .Hence you have to rule out whether he has Phimosis or not .
You have not mentioned whether you can retract his foreskin over glans penis completely or not .If you are unable to retract foreskin completely it suggests that he has Phimosis which needs to be confirmed by clinical examination by qualified General surgeon or Urologist .If it is so he will need to get circumcised It is only Surgeon or Urologist on clinical examination in person will be able to explain and decide need for circumcision .

No I couldn't retract his skin...his tip of penis is barely visible with much force.and it's seems like he has lots of foreskin there..is he need to be circumsized?
