Question: Yesterday at about 1:30pm, I had sudden diarrhea, accompanied by a stomach ache. I had several episodes of diarrhea and the stomach ache last the rest of the day and into the night. I woke up this morning and felt better; now the stomach ache is back but I do not have diarrhea. I also have had a feeling of nausea, but I have not vomited.

What you describe sounds like a classic case of infectious gastroenteritis. It is completely harmless in most cases, and the most important thing is to stay hydrated. If you do not have fever or blood in your stools, you can wait and watch and use either loperamide or another anti-diarrheal medication. Incarnation is usually effective against nausea.
