Brief Answer:
No its ok.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for choosing "Ask a Doctor" service for your query,
Have seen the discharge paper attached,
Unless there is severe bleeding(recurrent) or patient shows sign of infection like fever,Nausea etc you could wait till sunday.
My suggestion would be to get a prescription of antibiotic from assistant doctors. As the reduced area is now again exposed it is susceptible to infection. Therefore antibiotics can be given till date of appointment to prevent any infection.
However report to the hospital if any of the above signs are seen like fever, malaise, fainting, weakness, or confusion. An unusually high heart rate (more then 110/min)and breathing(12/min) is also a sign of ongoing infection.
Hope i was easy to understand.

Thank you doctor for your explanation . She is not suffering from any fever or any other symptoms other than bleeding. She is wearing diapers now continuously and some blood is showing but i think its not that deep , i am attaching a sample image of the blood .

Furthermore , she is telling me that after the rectal prolapsed today she is feeling a burning feeling like a chili burn on that area. Is that normal?
And can she take a bath or wash that area?

Do you have any suggestion of an antibiotic
that she may consider having. Most antibiotics can be sold here at pharmacies without a prescription . I am concerned that some antibiotics might have an impact on the stomach which may worsen the scenario here.

Thanks

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Have seen image.
1)Furthermore , she is telling me that after the rectal prolapsed today she is feeling a burning feeling like a chili burn on that area. Is that normal? -Yes this is normal post surgery anti inflammatory anti histaminic drugs would be given for it.
2)Tablet Cefixime 400mg twice daily(9am-9p.m)
Tablet Diclofenac 100mg slow release once daily(anti inflammatory analgesic)
Tab Allegra 180 mg once day-Anti histaminic

Don't wash it however betadine solution could be used to clean it.
Thanks
