Brief Answer:
Few complications are described.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per literature, common complications after Pancreaticojejunostomy are Pancreatic fistula- drainage of fluid like material to exterior,Haemorrhage-blood loss,Intraabdominal abscess-collection of pus.
Pancreatic fistula can be seen clearly as the fluid will be coming out. Most of them will close spontaneously without any treatment. If the discharge is more, stent can be placed inside the Pancreas
Abscess will present with severe pain.Ultrasound abdomen will confirm the diagnosis. Then, the pus can be Aspirated under Ultrasound guidance or drained by opening the abdomen.
In case of haemorrhage, exact cause for bleeding should be known.Bleeding point will be controlled after surgery.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions,I will clarify further.
Wish you good health
