Abdominal Pain

Detailed answer below.
Detailed Answer:
Hi jeolistenemadera,
Thank you for the query.I understand your concern.
Abdomen has many organs , It also has intestins of 25 feet length, which can move anytime any where in abdominal cavity.Again due to similar nerve supply pain of one organ in intstine can be felt at a point away from it's normal position (reffered pain)
All of these factors have given a nomenclature"magic Box " to abdomen..because .expected site of pain is found to be from unexpected sourse, when investigated for.
All of this makes "abdominal pain' a very vague term to define/guess for.
It can range from simple overeating, indigestion &winds to any type of infection, inflammation, stress of any type ,food allergies, urinary, genital or digestive complaints.
* From your previous query I gather that it's from endometriosis problem of some lady..you are asking about.
* In endometriosis..the endometrium(inner lining of uterine cavity)is displaced to reach any organ in abdomen ,gets attached to it & grows with normal menstrual hormonal cycle.,gets thicked due to rich blood vessels..(as in uterine endometrium),gets dislodged&ruptured to cause bleeding in abdominal cavity while menstruation. Blood collects in peritoneal cavity... create inflammatory reaction ,adhesions in abdominal organs.
All these happenings create pain in abdomen, depending on where the endometrium has settled.
*Management of such pain can be -
-By preventing endometrial growth with regular intake of hormone progesteron containing pills (like Regestrone /intrauterine or skin implants of the hormone .
-By laprascopic or open abdomen surgery to remove the endometrium growing in abnormal position)
- combining both the methods.
* You have to consult a Gynecologist for more specific advise &help in treatment.
I hope that answers your query.Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks
