About 3 Days Ago I Got A Bad Cramp On
Question: about 3 days ago i got a bad cramp on my right side above my hip area. the next day i was fine then the 3rd day i had a slight pain in my right upper abdomen area. yesterday the pain was minimal but last night the pain became acute in the evening, i had a bloated feeling and had to urinate more frequently although not alot of urine each time. over night I developed a fever that went as high as 100.9 but is currently 100.1, I have taken tylenol. the pain is now a dull pain in the same location. i had slight nausea overnight but it has subsided.

- Drink more liquids in sessions.
- Antacid as ranitidine ( 150 mg ) helps relieve gastric upset.
- Tylenol works best for pain control, if persists after that, have to get prescription of
dicyclomine for better spasm relief.
- Avoid spices and dairy fat intake at present.
- Take an appointment with your family physician as the condition requires evaluation
with urine microscopy and ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis for the final diagnosis
