Question: after aaccident that caused a cartoid artery dissection had LOC BUT came to quick 3 hours b4 declineing in mental staus wemt to hospital..if he would have went to hospital sooner could he have been saved under supervision of medocal staff .

He had no internal hemorrhage on first ct scan he fell outta a tree amd saftly harness caught his neck and whipped it back then he fell 6 to 8 feet out of tree he was 47 healthy no other injuries very active in daily life no drug use he had had a few drinks before the incident. Which i believe is why he fell
He had LOC for a minute but came to moments later and just complainee of neck pain
