Brief Answer:
TCA can be another choice

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

First of all considering the temporal connection between onset of sweating and low back surgery it is clear that the sweating is result of some damage to sympathetic nervous system although it can not be established any form of test.

Now regarding the management, since glycopyrrolate and nerve block already attempted I feel going for Tricyclic antidepressant can be of helpful. Although there are multiple options in this category but I will recommend you to get prescription for Dothiepin as it have better anti-perspiration effect among the safer tricyclic anti-depressants at your age.

I hope this helps you.
Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.
Thanks and regards.
