Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for sharing your health concern with us.
I have gone through your query and also the attached reports.
I would like to know if you have regular menstrual cycles, if there was any history of pelvic infection and if you are on any medication. Also, I would like to know if you are sexually active and use any contraception.
As per the reports, there is a cyst in the ovary, of significant size. The texture is not mentioned. A better view can be obtained through a trans-vaginal sonogram. This cyst could be causing the symptoms due to pressure effects especially if you have a retroverted uterus. Further effects depend on the nature of the cyst.
If blood was noted in the urinalysis, further evaluation through culture test and assessment of the renal profile gives clarity and helps plan further management.
Since you have an appointment soon, please go ahead and discuss with your doctor. I do not think that the discharge you noticed is due to another period, especially when the blood flow in your previous period was normal. It is more likely to be a breakthrough bleeding resulting from hormone imbalance.
Considering the size of the cyst, observation has been suggested. A repeat sonogram should help detect changes.
You can decide about getting a second opinion after your consultation.
Hope I have answered your query. Please feel free to contact for further clarifications. I will be happy to help.
regards,
Shanti.V.

Further evaluation helps to detect the nature of the cyst.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back.
To know whether the cyst is cancerous or not, there are certain tests to be done, including tumor marker tests. You have to see a gynecologist/gynecological oncologist for a proper appraisal of the situation.
Most often, the cysts have spontaneous regression and if they are producing hormones, you are likely to experience menstrual aberrations.
Family history, genetic makeup are important factors in the cause. As your symptoms are not relieved, please proceed to see a gynecologist for further evaluation and management.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if I can assist you further.
regards,
Shanti.V.
