Brief Answer:
Your anxiety can be cured completely

Detailed Answer:
Dear Santhosh. Thanks for the question. I do understand your concern.

Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) is characterized by persistent and excessive worry about a number of different things. People with GAD may anticipate disaster and may be overly concerned about money, health, family, work, or other issues. Individuals with GAD find it difficult to control their worry.

Your heart beats and other exam related worries are categorized as nervousness due to exam stress. They are normal unless you have negative thoughts about those. You have ignored those and you did a great job. Please do not link your present problems with those in the past.

Your Neurologists diagnosed you having psychiatric issues when you went for acute backache. That means, you were actually not having any physiological or organic problems with your back. That is a good sign. You should feel happy that your back pain was fake.

Sometimes depressed and stressed mind can produce psycho-somatic pain or psychalgia. You were experiencing such kind of pains. Don't worry about those. That can be cured.

Now, please tell me
1. What is your age?
2. What kind of profession you are in?
3. Marital status
4. Do you engage in physical exercise / yoga?
5. Have you consulted any psychologist for therapy?
6. What kind of tremors are you experiencing and in which area of the body?
7. Do you still experience the back pain ?
8. Bach pain and tremors are together or alternative?
9. Where are you located?

Please provide other information you may seem relevant. Please do not worry. Your anxiety can be cured completely. Take care

Brief Answer:
Here are some steps to help you

Detailed Answer:
Dear Santhosh. Thanks for the follow up. As I said earlier, when the medical science cannot find any underlying organic reasons for your symptoms, it is clear that you do not have any physical problems. In that sense, the tremors r movements you are experiencing are also of no significance.

In that sense, as the medical science said there is nothing to worry, you also should not worry too much about it. Just leave worrying about it and ignore it. Along with that try exercising those areas where the fluttering sensation is present or try to tighten and release those muscles. I am sure, those sensations will be cleared immediately.

Suryanamaskarams are good. But that is not enough. The more you are physically healthy, the more you are mentally healthy. The more exercise you do, the less your health anxiety or psycho-somatic pain. Exercise keeps your muscles relaxed thereby reducing any chance of pain and other fluttering sensations. So make sure you are jogging or playing outdoor games for 45 minutes everyday. This exercise will also help balance your neuro-chemicals, thereby helping your anxiety and nervousness.

This is more than enough therapy for you. Do the above for a week and you will see the positive results. Please do not hesitate to ask for doubts. Take care
