Question: are these skin tag or something worst? i felt a little itchy a few weeks ago. then I felt fullness for a week but the fillness is gone. i have been sitzing

I should add that the fullnes was in my rectum and has now gone away. I still a slight dull pain once in awhile but thats it. i have no bleading in my stool and my stool is on a daily basis. back in May I had a Thombosed Hemmeroid my doctor prescibe a cream and went away.

To me, these tags look more like condylomas. Do you have them in other places (penis, scrotum)? I suggest you see a surgeon for a consultation, and possibly a proctoscopy.

It is not bad. Provided that it is condylomas, most can be treated by oinments, but minor surgery with excision of the condylomas in local anesthetic can be necessary.

thank you so much for getting back to me. the pressure/feel like I have to go, in my rectom do you think thats Internal Hemmeroids? im not bleeding and the pressure went down alot in the last couple of days. if it was anything worse would I be bleeding? So the first text. is this similar to Anal Warts? sorry. for so many questions.

I do not think that it is internal hemorroids, and I do not think it is anything serious or malignant. Nonetheless, you should see a surgeon or dermatologist for the skin tags/ condylomas and a proctoscopy.
