Brief Answer:
prolapsed hemorrhoids, not cancer bleeding .

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query and here is my advise after evaluating your photo image showing the hemorrhoids.

* As per my surgical experience, these are prolapsed hemorrhoids most
likely grade 3 as thrombosis or else changes are not evident, should not
be considered as stage 4 .

* Bleeding of such piles is intermittent usually provoked by dietary habits
and underlying constipation or irregular bowel habits.
Amount of bleeding varies a lot from individual to individual due to various
body mechanics.
So far as duration of piles is concerned, they do not vanish via medications
and laser or other surgery is the last resort.

* Chances of cancer bleeding is very rare unless there is associated features
of weight loss, obstructive features or else.

Wish you good day.
Regards.
