Been Feeling A Bug For About 2 Months, Nothing To

Question: been feeling a bug for about 2 months, nothing to severe but in the past few weeks ive had swollen tonsils and lymph node, it was painful to swallow and yawn but id say for the last 3-4 weeks it isnt painful and there isnt any signs of anything else that is concerning. a few weeks ago i went to a clinc they ran some test everythjng was good they tested for strep throat etc. everything came back negative. but my tonsils are still slightly swollen and 1 lymph node on my right side of my neck has been swollen for a long time and isnt going away. its starting to concerm me, will it ever go away
