Hi,
Welcome to ask a doctor service,
I have gone through your query in detail and can certainly understand your concern towards your symptoms.
I can say that the picture of symptoms doesn't seem to be due to XXXXXXX or kratom as it is not that dangerous.
And infact, celexa 5 mg is very less dose to cause such a serious serotonin syndrome.
So, the symptoms could be due to some other reason, to understand better need some more details.
Hope this information would help you.
Thank you.

Hi,
Welcome back
I have gone through your follow up query and can certainly understand your concern towards your symptoms.
If you feel discomfort with the celexa instead of benefit, you can stop it abruptly as it is a very low dose.
You can start the combination of escitalopram and clonazepam for better results.
Thank you.
