Question: beta 2 glycoprotein antibody: Igm positive. Rheumatoid Factor: Positive: anti-ENA SSB positive . I have had a DVT and pulmonary embolism. Went to doctor because of pain in joints/exhaustion.
I'm confused by these test results because one seems to be for Sjogrens one Rheumatoid and then one just for blood clotting and was wondering if someone could tell me what they may mean.

Brief Answer:
Probably rheumatoid arthritis is related to the joint pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The joint pain is usually related to rheumatoid arthritis.

I recommend using noninflammatory medications to reduce the pain such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three tablets a day.

I also recommend to use noninflammatory cream such as Voltaren cream for local application.

Ice compresses can also relieve the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
