Hi,
It looks like a urine infection. I would suggest you get a urine routine and urine culture done to know the sensitive antibiotic for the infection. An ultrasound KUB has to also be done to rule out urinary stones.
Meanwhile, you can take syrup composing of Sodium Acid Citrate and Citric acid or cranberry pills which help to wash out the organism. Drink lots of water around 3 to 4 liters/day. For pain and burning sensation, mild painkillers such as paracetamol can be taken.
After the urine culture, antibiotic can be started.
