I see the picture you attached and both your feet are swollen

The swelling on the feet may be related to kidney failure or heart failure taking count that both are swollen and you don't have history of vein insufficiency.
You should do creatinine and urea levels and also do a x-ray of kidneys.
Also check your heart doing an ECG and heart ultrasound. Keep a diet low on saltb
