Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Hemorrhoids tend to swollen whenever abdomen pressure increases or due to constipation. If they do not bleed no need to worry.
Swollen hemorrhoids can be - Self reducing (Push inside with your finger), also do Sitz bath twice a day which will help in reducing the pain. (take lukewarm water in a tub, add betadine and sit on that for 5 minutes two times a day).
Avoid heavy exercises, else they recur again.
Hope my answer helped you.
