Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome on - Ask a Doctor - service!

Reading your concern, I would explain that fluttering sensation could be related also to digestive disorders (gastritis, gastro-esophageal reflux, hiatal hernia, etc.). Diaphragm fluttering could be a reason of similar feeling due to above mentioned issues. These conditions are frequently associated with excessive gas formation and burping.

You shouldn't worry too much about, Simethicone and avoiding spicy, sweetened, large amount foods would help to reduce excessive gas.

So, just try to relax!

In case the fluttering feeling persists despite the above measures, it would be wise to discuss with your attending doctor on the possibility of performing an ambulatory Holter monitoring, after Covid situation is over.

Wishing you good health!
