Question: can gynecologist determine if i have Persistent genital arousal disorder (PGAD) just looking at my vagina???! i think i have it but im not sure what the are symptoms and is there a cure for that????!!!

Persistent genital arousal disorder( PGAD) has to be diagnosed mainly based on history. Detailed clinical history can make a diagnosis of PGAD.
We can not make a diagnosis solely examining the genital area, However some signs like congestion and enlargement of clitoris can be seen in examination.
Psychotherapy is the treatment of choice. It can be well controlled by proper treatment.
