thanks for the reply.... I am applying sapat lotion from past 10 days. attached pic the current condition after applying for 10 days. I am applying after bath and leaving as it till next bath.

If its not getting better with sapat lotion, then I will suggest that you do not apply anything. Applying too many medicines can make it worse. There are chances of its spreading. If we keep applying medicines when its small, these medicines may lose its efficacy. And we may not have many choices left when its bigger.
You can simply apply Flucort cream, when really needed.
