I reviewed your lab reports.
Everything is normal except the vit D level. I guess you live in a place where there is not much sun exposure, or you do not have the chance to get much out in the sun. That means that you need to take vit D daily.

There is another value which is slightly lower then the normal but that is not significant because it is just slightly under the normal value. Only that alone is nothing to worry about.

The other tests- your urine, blood sugar, lipids, liver function, kidney function, covid test: Are all normal and within normal limits.
