Brief Answer:
The tests indicate alterations of the kidney function.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The findings are:

-Glucose level is a little bit high. I suggest to check hemoglobin A1c level for further evaluation.

-Kidney function parameters are lower than normal range and can indicate some degree of kidney failure.
I suggest to follow up with an abdominal ultrasound and a visit to the nephrologist for further evaluation.

The rest of the tests are within normal limits.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards!

Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi
