I have gone through your query and pictures. It is most likely due to scabies.
Applying permethrin cream whole body and leave it for 6 hours and wash will be helpful. You can also take ivermectin tablets on days 1 2 8 9 and 15th and can repeat on 22 and 29 if persist. You can also take cetirizine for itching and antibiotic to heal the secondary infection.
