Question: Hi
i went to health check up,
can you please evaluate all my reports and advise me to take required medications.

Currently iam feeling a bit uncomfortable due to below issues:
1. feeling heat in body,
2. urine coming green some times
3. my head is very hot and pimples keep coming on my head.
if i use coconut oil, i will get away pimples in 12 hrs. after that again im getting pimples and feeling itching and pain.
4. eyes are burning after sitting in front of laptop.

I have gone through your report. You are having a mild multivitamin deficiency and Vitamin D3 deficiency. Your cholesterol is slightly raised.

I suggest you modify your lifestyle with healthy diet, exercise and avoid junk food. Limit salt and sugar intake to a minimum. Your semen and urine report is normal.

You can take tab. Becosules, once daily for 30 days after food. Take Cap. Dvion 60,000 IU once in a week for 12 weeks.

thank you very much for your reply.

under above medication(Becosules, dvion60K, does any side effects may raise? like constipation.

what are the precautions i can take care to prevent any side effects. please.

i have long time problem that is, some times the defecation is not regular to me, it is some times once in 2/3 days. If i eat less that day, next day morning defecation is occurring.

Usually, becosules/ dvion does not cause constipation. You can take them if you are having any side effect then you can stop them and try another brand of the multivitamin.

To avoid side effects, take the tablets after food and drink lots of water such as 2 to 3 lts per day.

For constipation, the best treatment is a healthy diet and exercise. Drinking lots of water help.

Becosules is it tablet or capsule. i found only capsule i.e. Pfizer Becosules(B complex forte with vitamin C)

morning/afternoon/night after food?
