Right vertebral artery is hypoplastic, that could lead to recurrent fainting attacks.

Get
COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT, PT, INR, TOTAL LIPID PROFILE, FASTING SUGAR, echocardiography , THYROID PROFILE DONE.
if all above tests are normal then start blood thinners like ecosprin.
And visit neuro physician for monitoring and follow ups.
